This cheese is VERY similar to KFC. But it's not exactly KFC cheese.

Everyone love it

How to get the cheezy::

1) Add 1 part premix powder

2) Add 2 part hot water to mix well

3) Whisk constantly until the cheese thicknes to a smooth consistency
